We are equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure to manufacture quality castings as to conform to customers’ specifications. We have an Induction Furnace (GEC Make) for Melting facilities and a Heat Treatment Furnace & Quenching Tank for proper Heat Treatment operations. Apart from this core strength of infrastructure required to manufacture castings, we have fully equipped Moulding Shops, Machining Shops, Fettling Shops & Material Handling equipments.

We can undertake an individual piece casting of weight from 30 kg to 1000 kg. The Heat Treatment Furnace can accommodate a piece of max. dimensions up to: L: W: H: 56 inch x 38 inch x 38 inch.

Our each and every product passes through stringent quality tests and checks to be deemed fit for launch in the market. We have an in-house Chemical Analysis & Testing Laboratory manned by a qualified and experienced foundry technician. Arrangements for various other Testing facilities are made with Quality Marking Centre (QMC).
